Returns & Refund Policy
We are very strict with our quality control process, but as the world says we are only human and a mistake can happen. If something is wrong with your product or if you received the incorrect item, we will issue a full refund when returned within 45 days.
If you would like to return or exchange an item ordered or received as a gift, please contact our customer support team support@vintageleathergear.com and we will be happy to process the exchange or return within 45 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be returned original as you received them and with Vintage Leather Gear packaging intact in order to receive a full refund upon return.
HOLIDAY Gift Returns
Holiday returns from items ordered before December 31st, are eligible for up to 65 days from purchase to return for a full refund or exchange.
